Roast chicken drumstick recipe.
This is my family favourite meal. It easy to make with air fryer or oven. We just need to marinate and that it. It will be ready to roast. Simply delicious.
Ingredients:-
2 chicken drumstick
1 tbsp of bbq sauce
1 tbsp of sugar
1 tbsp of Shaoxing wine
1 tbsp of oyster sauce
1 tbsp of soy sauce
1/4 tsp of salt
Pepper
1/2 tsp of sesame oil
Method:-
1. Add all the ingredient to marinate for at least 2 hours.
2. Air fry in the air fryer for 20mins at 160C.
