In this video I smoke some amazing chicken wings. The flavor was on pint with these smoked chicken wings. Smoking chicken wings seemed like it would be a very hard process, but they turned out wonderful. I typically sauce my wings with an extra hot lemon pepper mix I make. I tried these smoked chicken wings without sauce and they were good without sauce. I still sauced them up, but they would have been amazing without the sauce too. Flavor for days yall. I hope this video helped some of you make that change from fried chicken wings to smoked.
