Our personal favorite is crispy smoked buffalo style wings but you can use any sauce that you like with these wings (full recipe below).

Smoked Crispy Chicken Wings Pellet Grill Ingredients and Recipe:
– 6.5 lbs of party wings used here
– 8 oz Panko Bread Crumbs (might have an extra container if need more)
– 8 organic eggs used here
– REO Fajita Seasoning (1 TSP per two eggs)
– Buffalo Wing Sauce (suggested sauces: Sweet Baby Ray’s, Crystal, Franks, and Moores)
– Dried Chives and Italian Herbs (to taste)
Smoked Crispy Chicken Wing Pellet Grill Instructions:
Step 1
– Add seasoning to the eggs and beat with a whisk
Step 2
– Dip the chicken into the egg mixture and roll in the Panko
Step 3
– Set the pellet grill to 415 to 450 (time and temp will vary)
Step 4
– Place the wings on the grill and turn after 25 minutes
Step 5
– After another 15 minutes, I turned the wings and moved some off and/or onto hot spots
Step 6
– The total cook time for these was 55 minutes…delicious!!!
