CHICKEN SISIG is a Filipino dish that originated from the province of Pampanga. It consists of chicken thigh or breast mixed all together on a hot plate with chopped onions, pepper, mayonnaise, and chilli. It is usually served as pulutan or as a meal with rice. Serve it while it’s hot.
500g of chicken breast
3 medium onion, wash peel and chop
1 Whole garlic, peeled and chopped
5 Large green chilli
1 cup mayonnaise
5 tsp of soy sauce
Salt and pepper as required
Marinate the chicken breast with Salt and pepper, chop garlic, oil, lemon juice.
Grill the chicken breast for 10minutes on each side and set aside let it cool for 5min, chop it or cut into small cubes.
Add oil in pan let it heat saute garlic, onion, green chilli until light Brown, in high flame
Add the chopped chicken
Season with salt and pepper, combine all the mixture well
Add 2 beaten eggs, mix it well for 2 min in high flame
Add soy sauce and mayonnaise and turn of the Heat mix it well
Serve it hot enjoy 🙂
