CHICKEN SANDWICH
Sandwiches are the most straightforward quick fixes for sudden hunger pangs. If you want to up your protein intake, then you can make a delicious grilled chicken sandwich. Add your favourite vegetables and make this a wholesome meal. Here we share a simple grilled chicken sandwich recipe and fried chicken sandwich that you can easily make at home.
Ingredients
Bread 6 slices
Mayonnaise 1cup
Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
Chilli flakes 1tbsp
Salt to taste
cheese spread (optional)
Capsicum 1small cup cut into tiny cubes
Chicken breast (boiled and shredded) 1 cup
Eggs 1-2
Bread Crumbs as required
Directions
Cut bread sides.
spread filling on one piece of bread cover with 2nd bread piece, dip in beaten egg and roll in bread crumbs.
Shallow fry in frying pan till golden and crisp.
serve hot with ketchup.
Recipe Tip
You can use brown bread instead of white. You can also use chaat masala in place of pepper.
