Chicken with bone 700 gms
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tsp
Tandoori Masala 2 tsp
Curd 2 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 tsp
Ghee 2 tsp
Refined oil 3 tsp
– Make some deep cuts into chicken pieces
– For the marination add yoghurt , red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, tandoori powder by the kitchen of Chandrima. mix everything with the chicken.
– keep aside the marinated chicken for 30 minutes
– In the pan add ghee & oil, medium heat, add the chicken to the pan.
– cook each side for about 12 minutes, until the golden brown colour
– in a bowl add a steel small bowl, place hot coal in it add some ghee or oil and cover the lid for 10 minutes.
– garnish with lemon, onion rings & green chutney
