Tex Mex Grilled Chicken Burger | Burger Recipe (HEALTHY, QUICK & EASY)

TEX MEX CHICKEN BURGER

Ingredients:

1 chicken breast, boneless and skinless, cut into half horizontally. F
Flatten the chicken breast with the blunt or flat side of the knife.

Marinate:
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt
1 teaspoon peri peri seasoning or smoked paprika
Juice of 1/2 a lime
Mix it all together and rub on the sliced chicken breast, marinate for 15 minutes and pan grill or shallow fry on medium heat until cooked.

Guacamole:
1/2 small red onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
Handful of coriander (cilantro or parsley) leaved, chopped
Salt
1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
Juice of 1/2 a lime
1 ripen avocado, peeled and coarsely mashed
Mix together in a bowl to form a coarse mash.

1 toasted sesame bun
Baby lettuce
Sour cream

Place the toasted sesame burger on a plate. Arrange the baby lettuce on the the toasted bread bottom .
Spoon in a few dollops of sour cream, place a grilled chicken breast on it.
Top it with a generous dollop of guacamole and place the top part of the burger bun on top.

Enjoy.
