BBQ Chicken with and without Skewers
Method # 1 BBQ Chicken on Skewers for 8-10 legs
Ingredients:
Chicken Legs 10 (make a deep cut on it)
Yogurt ½ cup
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Red Chilli powder 1-2 tsp (Own Preference)
Coriander powder1 tbsp
Cumin powder- 1 tbsp
Garam masala powder ½ tbsp (optional)
Salt 1 tsp or to taste
Black salt 1 tsp
Mango powder 1 tsp
Paprika powder 1 tbsp
Ginger Paste 1 -2 tbsp
Garlic Paste ½ tbsp
Orange food color ¼ tsp
Olive oil ¼ cup
Fresh Lime Juice (3 to 4 tbsp)
Method 1
Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients above. Gently coat the chicken with the marinade. Set aside for 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
Place the marinated chicken on skewers.
Preheat the BBQ grill at 350°- 400° F.
Maintain the grill temperature at 400°.
Close the lid for 10-15 minutes.
Brush olive oil once or twice on each side of the skewers and keep turning over.
Once cooked, serve it with mint sauce and Naan. Enjoy!

Method # 2 BBQ Chicken on the grill for 8-10 legs
Ingredients:
