Sticky BBQ chicken
An easy sweet and tangy chicken barbecue recipe that you are going to love.
Ingredients:
5 chicken breasts
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar (can be replaced with granulated sugar with 1 teaspoon black honey)
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup soy sauce
4 tablespoon rice vinegar (can be replaced with white vinegar)
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoon minced garlic (8 cloves)
Tips:
Cook the breasts for 5-7 minutes on each side depending on breast thickness.
Breasts can be cooked on a charcoal grill, gas grill.
Breasts could be cooked on a rack in a preheated oven at 220°C/425F for 15-16 minutes then broil for a couple of minutes.
In all cases make sure to baste chicken at least two on a grill or stove top and 3 or 4 times if cooked in the oven
