our wings I think soand it’s that simple we’ll see how longit takes us to get to 350 little hopperheregood[Music][Music]hey guys so we’re at 350 we’re right attemperature I thought I would go aheadand show them out of smoke that’s comingout it’s really windy out today I don’tknowI have anything out here that can showthe amount of wind that’s going but youcan see the smoke police I think you cansee the amount of smoke that’s justbellowing out and kind of taken off anddissipating really quickly yesterdaywhen I was doing the test at 3:15 thisvocalsgone at 250 it was it was a great amountof so I don’t know if that has anythingto do with the fact that I’m justbringing it up to temperature and sothere’s more on that and that hopper andthis is just a residual amount of thatburning off I don’t know we’ll see butright now I’m going to open it up throwsome wings on it and get a get dinnercranked up this evening that’s a wholepurpose for this girlquick and easyso we’ll see I’ll be back in a few justgo from there throw these rings on herereal fast get her cranked up I’m gonnago ahead and put them on the bottom downhere we’re a little hot soI’m gonna make you pee I do want to rollremember that wouldn’t show you a wholecooking techniques kazoo you knowbastard really I’m just gonna put theseon hereover-seasoned butall right I say over-seasonedthey’re perfectly seasonedgot very littledearoncethe cameraall right we’ll get it closed downcome back and check it and flip it overwe did drop down to 2:30doing thatclick in there and see ya to 20 rightnow we’ll see how long it takes it tocome back up the heat I’m still droppingso I don’t think it’s gonna be a majorissue other than it keeps dropping evenlower let’s see how fast it recovers andgoes from there I don’t suspect there’llbe any issue whatsoever that right therefor us while we’re talking it comes backback straight I’m just gonna flip themover real fasthopefully our camera doesn’t blow oversorry for it it is really windy yeahyou can see these things at 350 arecrisp enoughdeliciouswe don’t have smella toI’m just gonna get them all as quicklittlewe’ll turnyou can tellthey’re cooking evenly for some righthere in the middleright over here on the hedgewhyyeah just a quick little turn they’ll begood to gohere we gocome up here if you look at a littlecrispierit’s good my wife likes themand barbecue sauce so we’re gonna putsome of hers directly in barbecue sauceSandra’s notfine our dry rub Ridge which isabsolutely fantastic got a really goodkick to it doesn’t know the spikedown herefinished took them upI think they’ll turn out just fine thisthing is doing a fantastic joband it’s recovering from heat reallyquickly I’m really pleased with how fastit’s coming back up to temperature I didkeep you down to two to 95 just to letthem finish cooking inside it didn’twant to crisp them up and burn all thatseasoning on the house so I just wantedto get it kind of crunchy on the outsidethey’re not breaded it’s just seasoningand so we’ll go from thatall right quickly the wind has picked upand it is that time those do lookdeliciouswell that’s a really easy quick cookdidn’t take much time it didn’t takemuch time at all I’m a phone on the aretime walk so I can’t tell you but reallyit didn’t take much time much time atallopen that timer sorry when you go thiswayand we’re gonna shut her down well Ifigured I’d give you one little lastresult of these wings they look theyfeel great they’ve got a good littletexture to them hmm smoke flavor isreally really goodlet me get through that bite the smokeflavor is really really goodthey heat right on they’re cooked allthe way through they’re perfect justabout 35 minutes on there I cooked themright at 350 on that bottom great forthe most time I put them put most ofthem up on that top grade which didcrisp them up a little bit more my wifelikes some saucy so left those otherones on the bottom great stuff thisgrill is turning out to be fancyexcuse me fantastic listen I appreciateyou guys watching this is fun to do mydaughter is having a great time we’relearning some new things togethertonight she’s not with us and she’s offpracticing dance but she’ll be back onthe next video and we’ll see you nexttime
