【#氣炸叉燒 簡單 懶人最愛】How to make BBQ Pork Char Siu in #Airfryer (Guaranteed Foolproof)

We have tried to #airfry the Chinese BBQ Pork aka Char Siu using this #airfry oven, the result was spectacular – so we want to share our result! Hope you enjoy it!

Ingredient 成分:
Pork Butt 梅頭豬肉 (~3.5 Pounds)
Soy Sauce 生抽 (2 tbsp)
White Pepper 白胡椒粉 (1 tsp)
Cooking Wine 烹飪酒 (1 tbsp)
Char Siu Sauce 叉燒醬 (2 tbsp + 3.5 tbsp)
Hoisin Sauce 海鮮醬 (1 tbsp)
Honey 蜜糖 (1 tbsp)
Dark Soy Sauce 老抽 (1 tbsp)
Cooking Oil 油

Important Note:
(1) Make sure you poke holes on the meat before marinating.
(2) Make sure you add dark soy sauce and Hoisin Sauce for coloring.
(3) Make sure you place a baking sheet on the rack to avoid sticking.
(4) Turn the meat around and place sauce on top every 6-7 minutes.
(5) Rest the meat at about the same time to cook it.

(1) 醃制前一定要在肉上戳洞。
(2) 添加老抽和海鮮醬去著色。
(3) 確保將烤紙放在架子上,以免粘住。
(4) 每6-7分鐘,把肉轉轉。之後在上面加點醬汁。
(5) 在切之前,把將叉燒休息約 15-20 分鐘。
