These are so delicious and to me, it tastes like childhood and my Apô’s (grandma) cooking! You get a beautifully soft, light and steamy bun, and inside a tasty filling. Here I am showing you how to make a pork filling but you could also make it with lamb, shrimp or even veggies only.
Dip it in a little soy sauce for extra flavour if you want, or eat it as is and enjoy it any time of the day! I hope you like this recipe as much as I had fun making it.

RECIPE – Yields 24 pcs

Dough:
1 + ¾ cups Water, warm
1 tsp Yeast
5 cups Flour
2 tsp Salt

Filling:
500g Ground Pork
4 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Rice Vinegar
2 tbsp Pepper
1 tsp Ginger
4 cloves Garlic
3 tbsp Chives
3 tbsp Ramps
½ cup Zucchini
½ cup Cabbage

RECEITA – Rende 24 uni

Massa:
1 + ¾ xíc Água, morna
1 col/chá Fermento Biológico
5 xíc Farinha de Trigo
2 col/chá Sal

Recheio:
500g Carne de Porco, moída
4 col/sopa Molho de Soja
2 col/sopa Vinagre de Arroz
2 col/sopa Pimenta do Reino
1 col/chá Gengibre
4 dentes Alho
3 col/sopa Cebolinha
3 col/sopa Nirá
½ xíc Abobrinha
½ xíc Repolho
