今回は、焼豚チャーシューを作りました☆味がよく染み込んで、お肉がとても柔らかくて美味しく仕上がるコツをご紹介します☆隠し味のオイスターソースを入れるとさらに旨味がアップします♪即席で入れた半熟ゆで卵も最高に美味しいです。冷めても、温めても美味しく召し上がって
いただけます☆ご飯が進む一品です。じっくりコトコト煮込んでとても美味しくしあがります！是非、作ってみてください☆

・豚バラブロック 350g
・長ネギの青い部分 1本分
・生姜 3枚
・ニンニク 1片
・調理酒 50ml
・サラダ油大さじ1
・醤油 50ml
・砂糖 25g
・オイスターソース大さじ1

・ 350g Pig rose block
・ 1 Green onion
・ 3 slices of Ginger
・ 1 piece of Garlic
・ 50ml Cooking Liquor
・ 1 tbsp of Salad oil
・ 50ml Soy sauce
・ 25g Sugar
・ 1 tbsp of Oyster sauce
