Who loves Tim Ho Wan’s Baked Pork Buns??
Here is my version of “BAKED BUNS”
Yeast mixture
5grams
1/2tsp sugar
150ml milk
let it sit until foamy
Dough
250 grams
1beaten egg
add yeast mixture
1/8 tsp salt
knead for 5 mins
add 50g unsalted butter
knead until elastic and smooth then cover cling wrap let it rise for an hour
Topping
50g butter
50g sugar
50g flour
1 egg
mix then transfer to piping bag and chill it
