In this video, I show you how I BBQ my corn on the cob. We leave the husk on to cook it. This will protect the corn from burning and also keep the steam in it. It also makes it extremely easy to peel when it is cooked, however, it is very hot so use caution. I hope you enjoy this one, and don’t be afraid to try it. It makes a great presentation of colours if you serve it in the husk still.
