BBQ pork belly jerk chicken and curry chicken Owen prepping the meat for our grill

Owen prepping and marinading pork belly and chicken for our Korean bbq grill. Wrapping the meat lettuce or eating it with rice is a great way to eat freshly grilled meat. Turn on your vents as it can get very smoky. Great outdoor patio eating idea when the weather is warmer.

the so let’s squeeze can youall obviously so don’t get our curryyou’re gonna be cooking you’re gonna besmelling like curry for a very long timeoh that’s it okay marinate that’s it youknow it’s gonna be so spicy dude okayyou wanna kid you’re married it yougotta have to wash hands really cleanthis time you ready sauce are we usingsorry no nothing’s good does it smellgood too which was supposed spicy stufftry it right yeah I can feel a bonyEarth I can feel a bone there but the nobones wanna go bye-bye grilling the meatthat we marinated yesterdayfirst we’re gonna put on the pork bellyto get some fat on the grill all rightso this is um pretty cool so put alittle piece of that the pork belly andhere it’s sizzling away this is the bestway to cook pork belly and fresh hastento – pork belly first and then we’regonna do a jerk chicken the Owen help memarinate and this is a special rub thatone of my colleagues at school gave meone of my one of my teachers and this isa currymarinade from Malaysia so we’ve got porkbelly with Korean barbecue sauce andwe’ve got jerk chicken and we got achicken this is a special Korean grillthat we’ve got all the stuff actuallydrips into the pan down there and we’reactually using a hot pot burner with gasso that it cooks really quickly the onlything we’re missing actually is theevent elation but it’s okay we’re in ourhome here it’s sizzling beautiful sowe’re gonna wait for a while before wedo the flip and we will show youand results in a little bit so we’regonna cut them into little pieces itlooks like it’s just about done youdon’t want to overcook it because thenthe pork will get really dry and hard soyou get to catch it right at the rightmomentstep it into little pieces and use thelettuce hot sauce wrap it up and you eatit so this is a really easy thing to doduring the winter months when it’sreally really cold and outside and youdon’t want to go out this is the perfectoption
