BBQ Rib Sandwich, Oven Baked Ribs. In this Video I Made A BBQ Pork Rib Sandwich, Oven Baked Ribs that came out juicy and tender. Plus We made BBQ Rub and A Homemade BBQ Sauce.
BBQ Rub Ingredients:
1/4 cup Firmly Packed Brown Sugar.
1/4 Cup Paprika ( or 1/8 cup paprika + 1/8 cup smoked paprika)
3 TBSP Black Pepper
3 TBSP Kosher Salt or Coarse
2 TSP Garlic Powder
2 TSP Onion Powder
2 TSP Celery Seeds
2 TSP Oregano
1 TSP Cayenne Pepper
Combine: All the ingredients in a small bowl using your hands, your hands will work better for breaking up the brown sugar than a spoon or a whisk does.
