For our 5th Christmas recipe ideas(5/12) is a BBQ Pork Ribs. Tender and juicy ribs with a kick of heat. Finger licking good!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp red chili flakes
1/4 tsp pepper
Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 1 hour or until tender.
Uncover the meat and cook further for 30 minutes.
*Reserve some marinade for glazing. Simmer until sauce thickened.
