I’m originally from Southeastern NC and a staple food in the South is pulled pork, though we just call it barbecue! Different parts of the country have different types of barbecue, but in Eastern NC it’s all about vinegar. So today we’re making Carolina Barbecue, smoking a Boston Butt in the Pit Boss Platinum Lockhart for 8 hours!
We’re also throwing down on some incredible homemade BBQ sauce that’s sure to be a hit. Throw it all on a bun for one of the best sandwiches you’ve ever eaten – trust me!
