currently on our way to go pickup my brother-in-law and my youngest onehe is at school we’re gonna go pick himup because he does have a desk dentistappointment today at around I think 3 or3:30 and it is currently 103 so we aregonna go pick him up from school andthen we’re gonna go head back to hishouse to go see what grandma’s doing sobecause we will still have a lot of timeso we’re gonna go pick him up fromschool and then head back to his houseto go see but grandmas doing and killsome time and and then we’re gonna takehim to his appointment and then when wecome back home I will be cooking for youguys we will be cooking today somebarbecue pork chops with mashed potatoesagain before we even get to that part Ido want to go ahead and say now thatthis is the way I cook my pork chops inmy mashed potatoes this is how I cook ityou can do it your way if you want to dothe same recipe you can but again pleasedon’t judge of how I cook like I saidI’m not an expert this is how I do it soyeah let’s go pick up my brother-in-lawand see how school was today and thenwe’ll see you guys back over there[Music]so we just picked up my brother-in-lawand we are already home at myfather-in-law’s house here is mybrother-in-lawAnthony’s how was your day at schooltoday[Music]you see Ariel in the background righthere so we just got to myfather-in-law’s house and look at theconstruction that the neighbors aredoing they’re like tearing down somebushes or some trees so we’re currentlyon our way to take Anthony to hisdentist appointmentvery goodcome again so we’re currently back homeand we are going to do some pork chopswith the side of mashed potatoes that Ihave 2 4 6 potatoes I even the redpotatoes but you can use whateverpotatoes you would like and I have theboneless pork chops you can do bone-inor bone out whatever your preferencesthey only had a polis and so I had itmoments and then for your pork chops youare going to use some peppers and saltsome barbecue some butter so it won’tstick and a little bit of paprika andfor the mashed potatoes you are alsogoing to use some salt pepper and butterand up couples middle so let’s go aheadand wash these potatoes peel them andthrow them into my soon to be boilingwater ok so I have my potatoes peeledand washed already I had the water goingon for about 20 minutes now and it’s -mine takes forever to boil so I’m justgoing to go ahead and throw the potatoesalready so they can just cook while it’sstill waiting for it to boil but it hasto been warming up for a while now solet’s go ahead and throw our potatoes inthere and like I said I did use 6 makesure you wash them and you feel themreallyand Roman when your water is boiling orbefore your water boils so we’re justgoing to leave that in there until thatis completely done and it will beboiling when it is done also go aheadand add a little bit of salt just so itcan grab someone fully so we just leavethat until it is ready and we’re gonnago aheadso while our potatoes are cooking we’regonna go ahead and prepare our porkchops we’re gonna go ahead and seasonthem because I do cook my pork chopsonce the potatoes are done because Icook them on this rival I don’t knowwhat this is called I just know that youcan make pancakes Banks and bacon on itbut I use it for pork chops to make mykoteas really everything else except thepancakes and eggs the bacon so I will bedoing my pork chops on here and I set mytemperature at 400 so it can cook fasterand they still taste the same that tasteyou can cook it on here or you can cookit on like a pan on the stovetop if youwould like just kind of whatever youhave handy but I do use this rifle brimand like I said I don’t even know whatit’s called I just know that you cancook the pancakes and bacon and eggs onit so this is where I’m gonna cook mypork chops I’m just gonna go ahead andget my pork chops already like I said Ilike towhen what’s my potatoes are done whichis about like maybe 10 15 20 minutesbetween 10 to 20 minutes my pork chopswill be ready and very not worked I’msorry my potatoes will be ready in about10 to 20 minutes dependingwhat my stove topic is feeling liketoday becauseso what we’re going to do for our porkchops we’re just gonna put some somepepper some salt and paprika to seasonit now I do use some barbecue and I usethe sweet baby Ray’s of barbecue sauce Imust be BBQ once the pork chops arecooked on both sides not when it is rawjust because I fit in my opinion I feellike if I do that when it’s raw if I doput the barbecue on with a salt pepperand a little bit of paprikawhile it’s raw I feel like it’s notgonna absorb the salt pepper and paprikaso I’d rather do it once it is alreadycooked on both sides and then I put thebarbecue cook it a little bit more andthen boom it’s seasoned with all myseasonings like I said you can put someextra seasonings if you would like I putthis it’s simple and it still tastes soso so deliciousso yeah let’s go ahead and do our porkchopsthe name of the cameraokay so we have our pork chops here Iusually wash them and I already wentahead and washed them so watch my handso I can move the condiment and pleasemake sure whenever whatever food youcook please make sure if you arehandling withdrawals to always wash yourhands because you do not want to crosscontaminate anything so we’re going todo I don’t have the measurements forthisI don’t have measurements for this soI’m kind of just going with out to yourown taste so we’re just gonna go aheadand put a little bit of salt may not tocover the pork chop then we’re gonna putsome pepperand also a shout-out to my husbandbecause I used to not love pepper untilhe one day he made me try it and I’llcook everything with so we got a pepperything here and we’re just gonna sprinklea little bit now don’t put too muchpaprika because if you do put too muchpaprika you will it will be spicy andall you will taste is paprika so justkind of put your salt pepper and paprikaand rub it in there so this is what minelooks like once it is rubbed and I don’tknow if you can see the paprika I don’twant to grab my other hand I got my saltand pepper rubbed in there with mypaprika and I said once again like Isaid put a little bit of pepper againdon’t put too too much because it willoverpower the taste pork chops shouldlook like like I said you can do bone inor going out I had to get bone outbecause they didn’t have any bone in andI don’t like going to the store duringthe week so this is ready so I’m justgoing toanother cutting board since my cuttingboard are so small so I’m just gonnatransfer them to another cutting boardand then wash this one[Music]so I have my pork chops here and theyare all seasoned with salt pepper andpaprika on both sidesalways remember to go easy on thepaprika so I got two four six abouteight pork chops here at all season andtell me those don’t look yummy okay sowe’re gonna go aheadsince these potatoes are boiling in thepork chops take just about a little bitwe’re gonna go ahead and get this babyready and my pork chops will stick so ifyou do have this your pork chops willmost likely stick you give a spraybutter or oil on it I don’t knowwhatever your preference is I am goingto butter it down because I feel likethe butter will give it more flavor andagain excuse meand again I will put this at 400 whichis all the way over here I come now myrival is warmed up so we’re just gonnago ahead and put some butter butter itall all the way down and also a heads upif you do it on something like thisthere will be a lot of smoke in yourhouse so make sure you have a windowopen or a door open or something becauseit will get very smoky maybe if you doit at a less temperature it won’t but atmy house it gets really really smokywhen I do it at 200 which is the highesttemperature so we’re just gonna go aheadand grab our timeand go ahead and grab our pork chopsthrow it in therenow I don’t have an estimated time wherethis gets done I kind of let it sitthere for like less than five minutescheck on it if it’s ready go ahead equipit if not let it go[Music][Music]got one morewe’re gonna leave that and go ahead andclick on our potatoes so let’s see ifthey are ready let the our two minutesso it goes all the way through butmyself go all the way through and thatis the biggest one so I believe theseare ready it’s ready but I felt like Icould use it maybe just the key of TheStrokes hook you can turn it off at thispoint at the innovation I’m just gonnalet it cook for another two minutes andthen I will turn it off with the top onand let it just cook it up so now youcan see on the pork chop they’re kind ofturning brown on the side so this pointI do check if they are ready to beflippedyeah you see you want that you want thatbeautiful color so we’re just going togo and equip them with some one moretime now we’re gonna go ahead and getour barbecue ready have it ready by timeand thenyeah so let’s just let’s let them cookone more time on that side and thenwe’ll put the barbecue on both sides putour barbecue on like this side and thenflip it and then do the same thing overagain heads up it does get smoky so makesure you have a door or a window openjust so you do not have to smoke in hereif you do it on here I’m not I don’tever do it on the stovetop so it mightbe different if you do do it in twominutes I went ahead and turned offthese potatoes and I just I’m just gonnalet them sit here and let it finishcooking with the top on and the porkchops on the other side are almost donecooking so I’m about to show you guyshow to do the barbecue on it but beforewe do that we are going to go ahead andget the stuff that makes the mashedpotatoes what you’re going to need isone cup of milk you can use whole milk1% or 2% but I’m going to use 2% milkbecause that is what we have at home andwe are also going to use 2 tablespoonsof butter I went ahead and made a dig init so I can just go ahead and throw itin there make sure your pan is alreadyheating pump before you throw the butterin there and the way house okay so we’rejust going to let’s see if I can do itwith one hand so we’re just doinggreat on the new one and then if youhave a special of present this they goahead and rub it in there now you can doit without the barbecue we like it withthe barbecue so we’re just going aheadto rub it in there and then I’m justgoing to do wine and then I’ll show youthe finished product after because it ishard to do just one handso now we’re going to go ahead and getour butter ready for the mashed potatoesso you’re just going to do the twotablespoon and 1 cup okay so that’s whatit should look like you put some salt toyour taste make sure to keep stirring itso the butter came out everywhere sorryso we can focus on our just gonna goahead andthank you that butter came in handy toothey’re not really sticking and just letthat soak for about maybe two minuteslet that absorb the flavor the barbecueand then while that is doing cooking onthat side I’m just going to go ahead andget the other side ready like I said youdon’t have to do the barbecue we like itwith barbecue so we’re just going to dosee some barbecue okay so now they arein barbecue sauce so now let’s look atour sauce for the potatoes you want toactually serve like this I don’t have aspoon to the public spoon but make sureyou grab the bottom stuff if it startsto take you like the milk starts toshake make sure you scrape it off thepan butter is almost melt in you can seethe butter is right there pretty muchmeltedokay so you want to leave it there untilit starts to boil and then you can goahead and put it in your potatoes and Iwill show you guys how to do that aswell so it’s been a couple minutes nowwe’re gonna go ahead and check how thisone is doing these part right here waskind of quick it’s so quick and easygoingso let’s go[Music]go ahead and flip them now if you wantto add it more barbecue sauce and I saidyou all Marvel more than welcome to dososo this is what it’s kind of lookinglike and it is coming out black justbecause that’s the barbecue but that isactually really good so that’s what itshould be looking like and you justleave it for about another one or twominutes two to three minutes and see howI said it becomes really sweet and smokythat’s why you should leave a window ora door closes okay so we’re soft for themashed potatoes is done I had to move itfrom another place so once it’s readymove it so you don’t want to sit overcook and I believe our pork chops aren’talready ready because it’s been veryvery smoky so we’re gonna go ahead andtransfer them to this clean cuttingboard like I said make sure you do notdo cross contamination keep all yourcooking supplies to everything thatyou’re gonna use clean I did clean thisbatch Allah once I was done handlingwhich raw pork chopsand I promise those burnt stuff it’ll bebarbecue it’s just icky way it’s goingto be I promise I’m not burning my porkchopsthis one’s stuck so it’s very 22 put alot of butter now that oneand Pixar pork chops are done let’s goahead and turn this off and make ourmashed potaters now see this is the badthing about cooking the pork chops onhere it will leave it like this okay foryour mashed potatoes you’re gonna goahead and drain the water that’s in hereobviously you don’t want water so justuse a strainer and strain okay I’m nexttrying to show this that’s is the bestway I can because I do not there’s noway to put a camera like behind me so Ican show you guys you don’t want tomatch them up all the way just a littlebit and I’ll show you guys here in asecond so just a little bit so it’s kindof look a little bit like this okay sowe’re gonna go ahead and put a littlebit of the sauce that we usestartup one good timeso you’re gonna put a little bit not allof it more like half so you poured halfof the sauce into the mix and you aregoing to smash one second and yourpotatoes should be really really soft tothe point where it’s super easy to smashso now they smashed it good it shouldlook a little like thisso we’re going to go ahead and hook theother half of these now if you wouldlike you’re running you can put moremilk and more butter population one cupand 2 tablespoons of butter is theperfect subway so I’m going to stir itand set up mashing itstart with these ports that I use forthese sauce and you know now that I’mmaking this I totally completely forgotto buy the gravy packet because I don’tknow how to make gravy so if you do knowhow to make gravy and leave it in thecomments below because every recipe thatI looked on how to make brown gravy itlooks really weird like it feels like Ifeel like if I use those ingredientsit’s gonna taste really really nasty soyeah if you do know how to make thebrown baby if you can just please leaveit down in the comments below so I don’thave to keep mine the packets of browngravy from Finland even though it doestaste good I feel like it’s not the sameas homemade gravy so yeah once you putthe other half of the sauce do you cansmash it if you want but I just wentahead and started so this is what mymashed potatoes will look like[Music]and see and then at this time you willtry it and see if it needs salt andpepperI feel like I can use just a little bitmoresalt and pepper we’re going to use thesame port on this little washingso let’s go ahead and Ia little bit more salt pepper like Isaid this is gia case-mate if you don’tlike song but miss the salt don’t put ityou know like pepper don’t move itthen you’re just gonna stir itperfectOhif you liked
