In the Pilot episode I show you how to make Hard Cider Brined, Sweet and Spicey BBQ Pork Belly, Texas Caviar, New England Style Coleslaw, and Grilled Green and Yellow Zucchini (Courgettes) and Grilled Eggplant (Aubergine).
