Pork Ribs 2 LB

Marinade sauce:
Garlic Powder 1 tsp
Ginger Powder ½ tsp
Five Spice Powder ½ tsp
Salt ¼ tsp
Sugar 2 tsp
Soy sauce 4 ½ TBSP
Hoisin Sauce 2 ½ TBSP
Ketchup 2 ½ TBSP
Cooking Wine 3 TBSP (Chinese Rose wine玫瑰露 is the best)

Honey Sauce for Glazing and dipping:
☘️First, use warm water ½ tsp to melt the sugar 2 tsp (do not add too much water, as it will make the glazing sauce too watery)
☘️Add Hoisin Sauce 2 TBSP
☘️Add Honey 2 TBSP
☘️Mix well

Infrared Convection Oven:
?Temperature 450 degrees F (no need to preheat the oven)
?25 minutes the first (meat) side
?Then flip to the other (bone) side, brush on marinade again,
?Bake for another 10 minutes
?Flip to the meat side, brush on the Honey Glazing sauce, bake for another 10-15 minutes (must watch the ribs carefully for the burning as every oven temperature is very different, this is the crucial step to success. Please adjust the baking time accordingly.

Regular Oven:
Preheat 350 degrees F (180 degrees C)
☘️ Bake in Oven the meat side first for 25 minutes
☘️ then turn to another side and brush in the remaining marinade sauce. Continue to bake for 10 minutes
☘️ Then turn to the meat side and brush in the honey glazing sauce and turn to the broiler function and bake for 5-10 minutes. This time you need to watch the meat very carefully to see the burning color as every oven temperature is very different. Please adjust the baking time accordingly.

蒜粉 1 茶匙
薑粉 ½ 茶匙
五香粉 ½ 茶匙
鹽 ¼ 茶匙
糖 2 茶匙
生抽 4 ½ 湯匙
海鮮醬 2 ½ 湯匙
茄汁 2 ½ 湯匙
玫瑰露酒或紹興料酒 3 湯匙

蜜糖塗汁或沾醬:
☘️先放½ 茶匙溫水將2 茶匙糖融化(不要放太多水, 不然塗醬會太稀)
☘️加海鮮醬 2 大匙,
?加蜂蜜 2 大匙,
?全部搞匀
