dough – leave for 2 hour to rise
– 250g cake wheat flour
– 250g white bread flour
– 50g milk powder
– 1 tablespoon sugar (20 grams)
– 1 teaspoon salt (6 grams)
– 10 grams instant yeast
– 1 teaspoon baking powder (8 grams)
– 320 ml warm milk with 1 teaspoon olive oil
filling
– pork chops
– salt, white and black pepper
– 5 teaspoon sugar
– 3 teaspoon hoisin sauce
– 3 teaspoon char siu sauce
– a drizzle of oyster sauce, soy sauce and dark soy sauce
– 1 teaspoon chicken powder
– water for sauce
– corn starch
