Easy, Fall-Off-The-Bone Oven Baked Ribs Recipe / Pork Ribs

Ingredients :
1 rack baby back ribs
BBQ seasoning mix
Mike D’s BBQ sauce
Sweet baby Ray Honey BBQ sauce
1 large onion, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

Directions:
*Wash and clean your ribs, place them in a baking dish.
*Apply bbq seasoning on both sides of the ribs.
*Add onions and bell peppers
*Add Mike D’s BBQ Sauce or your favorite brand on top of the ribs.
*cover your ribs with heavy duty foil .

*set your oven to 375 degrees and let your ribs cook for 1 hour.
*remove the foil and baste you ribs with the juices.
*return your ribs back to the oven uncovered, set your temperature to 350 degrees. Baste your ribs every 30 mins. with the juice dipping.
*let your ribs cook for 1 hour and 30 mins. Remove from the oven, baste your ribs with the Sweet Baby Ray Honey BBQ Sauce or your favorite brand, return to the oven and cook for 15 mins. or until the ribs are cooked through and tender.

okay YouTube this is what we’re gonna doI’m gonna show you guys exactly how Ifix like this is baby back ribs I’mgonna do some baby back ribs in the ovenbut I’m going to show you how I do ityou know I’m saying in the oven and thisis a easy way that you could do italright so right now what I got is somebaby back ribs that I have washed andclean but this is that little whitestuff you see right here on the back ofit that’s a membrane some people pullthe membrane from these ribs of thespare ribs in the baby backs but I’mleaving my membrane own I’m not gonnapull the membrane off of this alright soum I could do another video showing youexactly how I remove the membrane butthen there are a lot of videos that’s onYouTube showing you exactly how toremove the membrane from your ribswhether you’re cooking spareribs or babyback so today I do have baby back ribsso this is what I got baby back ribsthat I pretty much split in half 1 racknow the things that I’m gonna use forseasoning this is all I’m going to use Idon’t know if you can see it but it’scalled Charlie meals famous barbecueseasoning mix and this is like a localon product here in Durham North Carolinabut if you want to try something likethis there’s the number right therewhere you can call and he do ship allover you tonight all over United Statesso you could definitely try this but ifyou don’t have the red have this herecharlie medals basically it’s like a lotof seasonings with red pepper flakes andall the other kind of stuff in it soyour general barbecue seasoning willwork for this recipe whatever you mightwant to use your favorite barbecueseasoning or you can create your own anddon’t matter so the other ingredientswhich is basically you can get yourhands on is this here on sweet babyRay’s honey barbecue sauce and then I’mgonna use Mike DS BBQ sauce now I lovethis here might these big sauce andmight be he sell this stuff online andif you was to go to Mike DS you seeright here I get in focus yeah you cango to Mike DS com definitely man youcould try this is also another NorthCarolina product which is local herealso and I use this basically Dagny allwhether if I’m pairing plates orwhatever this would be my go to barbecuesauce so I’m giving away my secret joball right the next thing I do have I gotsome onions this is one onion cut up oneyellow bell pepper and one orange bellpepper cut up and that’s all you need sojust go ahead and get into this herevideo and I’m show you how the Patty’sarm reelsall right the first very first thing I’mgoing to do is I got me a shaker which Ido have my seasoning that I just want toshake these seasonings all up on thatsome people man they put like mustardbinder or some type of arm or bindersomething like that on their ribs but Iwant to keep theseyou know just dry and just sprinkle thisyour seasoning now with this hereCharlie meals it’s seasoned to the pointthe way you don’t have to add no salt toyour ribs and nothing like that and didsome good seasoning very good on porkall right so then I want to go ahead andflip these ribs and I didn’t trim themor nothing like that since we’re goingto the oven I just want to keep themjust like they came out to packgive them a nice little coat and likeyou say Charlie meals they had these redpepper flakes just in here as well and Ilike this container because it’s thinthe way to keep the pepper flakes on theinside and if I had to see here see thepepper flakes that’s how it looks allright and I’ll have to do it just pinchoff some off top just spread it this iswhy I like the pepper shaker because Ican control how much of this red pepperwould come out on the meat some peopledon’t like it all that spicy alright sothe next thing I would do is I go aheadand add these onions just like so andthese onions and bell peppers right ontop give it a nice flavor so your ribswon’t be y’all plain you’re not takingme some of this Mike these barbecuesauce just a little bit and just slatherit right on top that’ll be enough forthat now I’m not going to use the babyraised just yetI’ll show you what to do with the babyraised in a minutegive it a like shake and then I’m gonnago to the oven at 375 degrees and justlet this cook for at least around abouta good hour and um I’m gonna cover theseand let it cook for a good hour and thenI’ll take it out and show you what I donextokay I’ll let you sit in the oven for atleast around about one hour I took thecover off of it and then I took some ofthe barbecue sauce that’s right at thebottom and just start basting some ofthis here on barbecue sauce right on topof the meat now after I’ve done this Iplaced this right back in the ovenuncovered and I continued to let thismeat cook for at least round aboutanother hour in 30 minutes at 350degrees and I continue to base thebabyback ribs with the juice at leastevery 30 minutes after the time was up Iwent took the ribs out and at the last15 to 20 minutes I baste it with thesweet baby Ray’s barbecue sauce and thisis what we came up with this isdefinitely a good tasting recipesomething that’s easy and quick that youcould do at home and if you give thisrecipe a try I believe you will love itlike I said you could use any of
