Season your meat in a bag and let sit overnight in the fridge to get well marinated
Preheat your grill and let it get to 450 before putting the pork chops on then do the same with your streak peel the potatoes and cut them into cubs after washing your now cut potatoes and then re-add water and let cook for 35 minutes after mash the potatoes and let add salt butter and pepper also milk add your cheese before putting in pan and in the over last cover your pan and let bake for 25 minutes let sit then eat

so what’s so y’all my name is de Romneyand today I’m will teach y’all how tomake grilled pork chops with steak bakedmashed potatoes and homemade corn onhomemade biscuits so first here’s howyou start off first you gotta have whatyou’re gonna grill so for me like I saythis homemade pork chop so I got my porkchops right here and what you want to dois you want a season of course youalways want to season your meat now Iuse different types of seasoned it justdepends on what kind you like perfect mypreference is I use lemon pepperseasoning salt seasoning salt blackpepper onion powder and some groundnutmeg now the reason I used all that ohand regular salt so now the reason Iused all of that was simply because thatjust gives you this taste now what youwant to do is you’ll want to put it in abag let it overnight let it season itall right it’s in the bag and let it sitovernight let it marinate that way whenyou put it on the grill you get thatnice tender juicy pepper taste that youwere wanting now before you get to thegrill now before you get to the grillingpart you want to make sure all your meatis fully involved and I’m sure if Iknows what that is so you get your meatfully unthought and then you get readyfor the next step so for me this nextstep is going to be putting it on thegrill right now I got my steak in amicrowave on top and I forgot to thaw itlast night but always up tall your meatand get it right and get it started andget it set the way you need to be andthe way you want it to be so now[Music]my job now we’re gonna go outside andwe’re gonna get started now if you’re using charcoalthat’s good that’s a good thing I’m I’musing some charcoal if you’re using thegas mode and set it to the temperaturethat you normally cook on now you alwayswant your grill to be set at 450 becausethat’s the best for it to be now onceagain yeah it works you got your porkchops right here and we’re gonna go putthem on the grill and from there we’regonna get started with everything andthen we’re gonna get started witheverything else so I’m gonna flip thecamera around let y’all see exactly whatI mean now my grill isn’t exactly whereit’s supposed to be but that’s fine butright here is what you want your grillto be set on maybe a little bit higherthan what mine is now if your firestarts to go out which it will that’sjust how that’s just how it goesyou’ll definitely want to re get itstarted get it reeking and then fromthere what you’ll do is you definitelyneed to get it started mine just wentout but I will get it restarted now onceyou get your fire restarted and you getit burning the way it needs to be witheverything then you’ll want to put yourgroup then you’ll want to put your meatonto the grill and let your meatthirdly start cooking but you want toget your meat started cooking to thepoint where it needs to be just rightjust the way you want it to you know itcould be medium-rare it can be rare itcan be well-done kind of just depends onyour preference you feel what I’m sayingnow a lot of people won’t tell you allof this when they’re cooking they’lljust show you those things but I’m gonnawalk you through step by step on whatwe’re doing and I’m gonna show you thatafter effect so first what we’re gonnado is we got our meat doctor see righthere nice plays of pork chops we got ourmeat so next we’re gonna season our meatso how I seize in mind is I take myseasoning salt first and I put it about- since two teaspoons maybe a little bitmore now when it comes to a largeportion like what I did you you don’twant to be selfish with you want to useas much as you can you want to get themeat thoroughly cooked you want to getit seasoned right and you want to get iton that grill as fast as you can so thatway you can get the process and routeyou can get it going you can get yourfood done and get the way to whereeverybody can eat so then I go on to myblack pepper from black panther up alemon pepper I love lemon pepper that’sjust my personal favorite I mean at thispoint who doesn’t look like a pepperlike so then you got onion powder sowith your onion powder your seasoned italso like I said you’ll put it alltogether in a bag and let it sit in thefridge overnight now I use ground nutmegand the ground nutmeg was just to giveit a little bit extra taste because mostpeople won’t tell you about that extraabout that actually taste of what nutmegactually does it’s actually a reallygood seasoning if you know how to use itso from there you’ll want to get yoursteakout of the freezer and the freezeraroundlike once it’s on tall if you’reinstalling it if you haven’t yet you’llwant to get it out of the freezer andthen from there once you get from therethe next step would be to grow both togrow your pork chops and your steak -right exactly what you want it to becooked there and then from there you’llneed potatoes your best thing is to useI’m almost out of potatoes but you’llalways want to use live not hot butwhole potatoes real potatoes you don’twant to use no blocks of potatoes oranything for your mashed potato for yourbaked mashed potatoes so what you’ll dois you’ll pill you’ll peel those mashedpotatoes and I’m gonna actually show youexactly I’m gonna show y’all exactlywhat I mean and your and how youshake it now if you feel them by handthat’s a good thing I’m not the best atthat so I’m not really gonna got my meat hook I’m gonna take myseason I’m gonna wrinkle it on there nottoo much and not too little but justsprinkle the right amount now down wasseasoning salt and remember please washyour damn hands you cannot cook food forpeople and not wash your damn handsthat’s just pricelessso please wash your hands out before youstart throwing it so speech with foodwe got a notebook down virus justbecause I liked on your Towerand it actually lowers what is it Ican’t think of you know lowers yourblood pressure so onion powder isactually pretty good so you want to putyour onion powder on your steak and takeyour ground nutmeg if you use groundnutmeg if you don’t want to lose groundnutmeg you don’t got to but I personallychoose to use ground nutmeg now for thenext part you’ll take some black pepperlet’s break a little there same thingand now you just flip it over it won’treally need to do the same to the otherside that much but it’s good to you knowjust cuz you want both sides to betender you want both sides to have thesame taste you want both sides to prettymuch be the same so what you want to dois you want to grab your seasoning saltagain sprinkle a little bit on there nowfor the people for people that aresaying this is too much seasoning thinkthis this is going be too much seasoningtrust me in this household it’s not itdoesn’t even compare obviously so nextyou’ll want to shake some lemon pepperon there I love lemon pepper you cantell Dan right back to your onion powderonce again now it’s gonna be a whilebefore photos alone so I’m just gonnatell you all how to make pic you’regonna take your meat and you’re going toput them on there and then from thereonce you got your meat on there yoursteak I got mine on two different platesI got my steak on one plate and my porkchops on another plate now let me showyou what all is going on the grill righthere we have pork chops that have beenseasoned marinated and everything setovernight and then we have steak Ididn’t marinate overnight but you know Iseasoned someone I still did the samething to to it as I did with everythingelse so now once your potatoes get donelike I said that’s gonna take a whileI’m not trying to make this video thatlong so now after you get your potatoesstarted if once they’re done you mashthem up now should take the potatoes 35to 40 minutes at the most maybe not eventhat long honestly you’ll want to mashthem and let them let them get right atyour salt pepper butter whatever it isyou put in them and mash them up andthen once you’re nice and look you’llwant to get some nonstick spray and I’mpretty sure we have somewhere aroundhere let me see if I can find that foryouthen you’ll want to spray the bottom ofyour pan with and then once you spraythe bottom of your pan now you don’thave to use nonstick or you can alwaysuse nonstick spray technologies for alsoas an alternative so from there whatyou’re gonna do is you’re gonna take itput it on the pan spread it all out takeyour cheese take your spinach orwhatever it is you want to put on top ofit put it all together in the skilletand then put it in the oven at 350 letthe oven preheat to three step to 350and then litter and then put your bestpotatoes in there and let it sit forabout you say 2530 minutes maybe rightaround thereand then take it out and your food willbe ready to serve so this has just beena simple tutorial video and
