Ingredients
1/2 kl Pork Kasim
1/2 ol squid
Soysauce
Vinegar
Oystersauce
Mgic sarap
Minced garlic
Black pepper
Ketchup
For dipping sauce:
Calamansi, soysauce, 1tbsp sugar
1tbsp vinegar, minced garlic, ground pepper, chilli pepper. Mix well.
How to cook
1, clean thoroughly the squid and pork put.in a separate.bowl.
2. Pork kasim- in a bowl put 1 tbsp ketchup, 1tbsp soysajce, 1tbsp vinegar, 1 sachet oyster sauce, 1tsp minced garlic, 1tsp black pepper, 1tsp magic sarap. Mix well and put over into meat. Rub into meat and let it cool for 1hour
Much better over night. To absord the liquid into meat.
3. Squid. In a separate bowl mix ingredients put 1 tbsp ketchup, 1tbsp soysajce, 1tbsp vinegar, 1 sachet oyster sauce, 1tsp minced garlic, 1tsp black pepper, 1tsp magic sarap. Mix well and pit over into meat. Rub into meat and let it cool for 1hour.
4. Prepare the grill pan. Brush the sauce into meat and place into the grill pan.
