Grilled Pork Belly
Samgyeopsal or Inihaw na Liempo is known
as Grilled Pork Belly in Filipino.
Inihaw na baboy (tagalog) or “sinugbang baboy” (ilonggo) translates to grilled pork. These are marinated pork slices that are grilled to perfection.
And I used pork belly for this recipe because it is the most common cut used to make this dish.
