Grilled Pork Chops
These Grilled Pork Chops are keto friendly, low carb, full of flavor and super simple to make.
Ingredients
4 bone in pork chops
2 tbs olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tbs curry powder
1 tbs spicy all purpose seasoning
1 tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
pour oil over pork chops and season with salt and pepper add the curry powder on two of them and the spicy lemon garlic seasoning on the other two. Rub seasoning into meat. place on a medium high grill for 4-5 minutes per side flipping after 5 mins and continuing to cook until your desired internal temp 145-160. we went for a medium well 155
