guys were bringing the outdoors insidetoday we’re doing some pork chopsgrilling them on my ninja foodie grillcome on ice it’s cooking with CJ a showabout cookie drinking barbecue and allthe other stuff that goes along with youI am NOT a chef I’m not a bartender I amNOT a pitmaster but I play all three onTV I’m gonna show you how to make quickeasy tasty recipes and have a little bitof fun along the wayso let’s get this party startedeverybody welcome to cooking with CJ I’mCJ and if you’re returning subscriberpart of CJ’s crew you know I love youand if you’re new to the channel makesure you hit that red button down therewith the bell next to it so you getalerts on all what we’re doing here sowhat we’re doing here today I got somebeautiful boneless one-inch-thick porkchopsthey came seasoned from the butcheralready but they didn’t look like enoughseasoning for me so you know I’m gonnaadd some BBQ rub to it so what I did wasI sprayed it down with some canola oiland cuz you need to use canola oil ahigh heat temperature oil needs to go onthe sinkI added a little bit more barbecue rubseasoning to it we preheated it forabout 10 minutes got the same set up togo all right so this is gonna be a realquick video and do five minutes eachside maybe a little bit longer dependingon the temperature we want these Timtaught at 1:40 all right this is goodpork we don’t have to overcook it sowe’re gonna do it’s a 140 we’re gonnapull it out and let it rest on thecutting board and the carryover heatwill take it to about 145 come on overherewe’ll get this thing started and let’sget cooking all right our preheating isdone so it’s been preening for about 10minutesnice and hot in there right there gofive minutes on the first side check thetemp flip them around do another fiveminutes on the other sideall right guys with five minutes in okayso these aren’t quite ready but let’scheck the other side look at thatthere’s some serum art right there guysthis has been going for ten minutesalmost and there’s no smoke coming outof this at all the great thing about theindoor cooking check these out I do notthink they’re gonna be ready I think weneed another five minutes or so in there121 yeah we still got some time to go solet’s flip these again make sure we geteven temperatures on each side so let’spick them over hereget those grill marks right there lookat thatthat’s that’s some see right there sowe’re gonna go another five minutes yeahwe went a two and a half minutes onthese temping out at like 135 140 thisone’s 140 that was 135 so I don’t wantto overcook these so I’m gonna pull themout and let them rest the carryover hewill bring us the way we want to be allright well it’s got a nice char on therenice grill marksI’m diggin the way it looks all right sowe’re gonna let these rest on thecutting board and we’ll come up fortaste all right we’re back let’s tearinto these things I got some apple sauceon here because Louise and growing uphad applesauce with my pork chops dadpan fry them and I would just just dabsomein applesauce all right so let’s try ourfirst bite here it’s nice and juicy youknow I’m gonna put a little applesaucewith that bad boy that’s good yeah MissPiggy’s never tasted so goodI took it another couple minutes afterthe initial 10 minutes cook I’m lookingat this is juicy but it’s a button it’sa bit done for my taste I would say dothe five minutes each side especially ifyou got about one inch thick pork choplike this five minutes each side you’regood to gojust let it rest come together andyou’ll be fine okaythese turned out great it’s tasty but Ithink we could have left off that twoand half minutes maybe my thermometer isoff a little bit but oh man this is goodall right guys that’s itjust a quick one show you how to grow upthese pork chops done it real good thisninja foodie grill is awesome it’s greatfor cooking indoors I showed you therewas no smoke coming out of this thing atall this is the best indoor smokelessgirl I’ve ever seen I’m enjoying usingthis guys if you want to get one ofthese make sure you click that linkbelow it’ll take you to the Amazon storewe could buy your own ninja foodie grilllike this I highly recommend buying oneof these things and we haven’t eventouch the surface of what all this doesyou know we air Chris wanted we coulddehydrate on it roast a turkey in thereone day it won’t get baked I’ve madebrownies in this thing it’s just insaneall right we’re gonna do a lot with thisso make sure you subscribe so you cansee what we do there and come along thislittle journey with this ninja foodiedrew listen I appreciate you being herethanks for stopping by thanks forcooking we’ll see ya take care
