Garlic Butter Porkchops
*6 pounds of boneless pork loin chops
*1 1/2 cups of whole milk
*1/4 cup of olive oil
*4 tablespoons of vegeta
*1 tablespoon of ground black pepper
*1 tablespoon of sea salt
*1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (optional)
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and turn the pork chops until well coated and set on a minimum 1 inch deep cookie sheet. After turning all of the chops, pour remaining marinade over the chops and put them in the fridge for 1 hour. Take them out and turn them over and place them back in the fridge for 1 more hour. While they are in the fridge for the second hour, make the Šopska Salata, the Mexican Corn and the Garlic Butter.
*1 cucumber cubed
*4 tomatoes sliced
*1/2 small yellow onion chopped
*2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
*1 teaspoon of sea salt
*8 ounces of crumbled feta cheese
*1/2 of a hot banana pepper (optional)
Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl and chill until the meat is ready to serve.
*2-8 oz. packets of Steamers white and yellow corn
*5 tablespoons of mayonnaise
*2 tablespoons of Spanish Paprika or you can use chili powder if you prefer
*4 ounces of Fresco Mexican Style fresh farmer’s cheese, crumbled!
Microwave the corn following the directions on the bags and mix the paprika and Mayo, when mixed well just crumble the cheese on top!
*2 sticks of butter or margarine
*1 tablespoon of minced garlic
Melt the butter in an oven safe pan or pot and when it starts to simmer add the garlic. Mix in and continue simmering for 3 minutes and take out to the grill! Apply to chops after searing the pork chops for 1 minute on each side! ENJOY!!!!
