-1/2- 1 cup heavy cream
-1 tsp flour
-1 tsp old fashion mustard
-2oz whiskey
-1/4 tsp better than bouillon
-1 tsp peppercorns
-1 tsp garlic
-1tbs butter or fat
-couple splashes of Worcestershire sauce
