Homemade Egg Rolls – Pulled Pork Egg Rolls on RV Works Cajun Fryer

These homemade egg rolls are some of the easiest and best egg rolls we have had. Although you can use ground chicken, beef or pork in these, we used some leftover pulled pork. When you smoke a pork butt you normally have some leftovers. We vacuum seal our leftovers for easy reheat and so that we can have great BBQ whenever we want. In this video we defrost the leftover pulled pork and make these delicious egg rolls.
These are so easy to make and taste so good. It only takes a few Ingredients and you are all set. These homemade egg rolls will make your family gathering or quick dinner a success. We cooked these on an RV works Cajun Fryer but you can use any frying method that keeps oil at 350 degrees for 7 minutes. But if you want a workhorse of a fryer check the Cajun Fryer out.

1 Pack of egg roll wrappers – Bought at Kroger for $1.59
1 Pack of coleslaw mix – Purchased for 1.99
1 Lb of leftover pulled pork (or ground chicken, beef or pork)
2 TBSP of soy sauce
1 TBSP of sesame oil (optional)

Warm pulled pork in a fry pan on medium heat. (brown other ground meat if pulled pork not used).
Mix Coleslaw mix with Soy sauce and sesame oil.
Add meat and mix.
Lay out egg roll wrapper in a diamond shape in front of you.
Use finger and trace outline of wrapper with a wet finger.
The wet ends will help keep roll together.
Add 2 heaping spoons of coleslaw pork filling in middle of wrapper.
Fold 2 sides in and the side facing you over the top of the sides.
Push the side you folded over in front of you down and start rolling roll.
Heat oil to 350
Fry Egg roll 3 minites and then turn for 3 minutes – 6-7 minutes until golden brown.
