INSTRUCTIONS:
—Remove tenderloin from refrigerator 1-½ hours before mealtime to allow to come to room temperature
—Preheat grill on high
—Season tenderloin
—Cook/sear over direct high heat for 3-4 minutes per side
—Cook over indirect heat at 350-400 degrees for 10-15 minutes, to an internal temperature of 145 degrees
—Rest for 10 minutes, cut, and serve.
This tenderloin was 1.39 pounds. I seasoned with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and rosemary.
