Today is father’s day and I am going to prepare a feast for my family. Grilled lamb chops ,Pork chops and Milk fish are always a huge hit whenever cook it! Okay here’s what we need!
Basting sauce
This basting sauce recipe is going to be our main ingredient because we are going to use this with our lamb chops and pork chops.
1 cup of soy
4 big cloves of garlic
A bundle of thyme
4 table spoons of sugar
For the lamb Rack.
Season with salt and pepper and baste it with out basting sauce
For the porkchops
Marinate with soy and sugar overnight.
For the milkfish
Season with salt only
The Shrimp stirfry was cooked
