Today, I am going to recreate one of my favorite Pork Chop Dish. It is typical plated with rice and veggies. The ingredients needed for this:
1.Lemongrass
2.Garlic
3.Soy Sauce
4.Fish Sauce
5. Honey or Sugar
6.Black Pepper
7. Vegetable Oil
You can Cook it on a Stove but its Best To Grill the Pork Chop

what is up so today I’m gonna berecreating one my favorite Vietnamesedishes the gum stone which is aVietnamese pork chop so let’s go[Music][Music]so to make the Vietnamese pork chopwe’re going to need to make the marinadeso you’re gonna need lemongrass mincedgarlic soy sauce fish sauce honey blackpepper and vegetable oil so first we’regoing to need 1/4 of a cup of lemongrassdiced up a tablespoon of garlic atablespoon of soy sauce 4 tablespoons offish sauce and 2 tablespoons of honeyand then 1/2 a tablespoon of blackpepper and then 3 tablespoons vegetableoil once you got everything ready forthe marinade you wantmakes it real well before you coat thepork chop with the marinade once thepork chop is covered with the marinadewe’re gonna stick it in the fridge forlike an hour before we start cooking itso we’re gonna turn our stove medium andthen we’re gonna put some olive oil onthere work go up check it out here’s ourpart and then marinade for like an hourwe’re gonna[Music][Music]in a few minutes I will just let themrest come back to it get our egg ready[Music]up check it out now we’re gonna check itit’s sitting here for a few minutesoh that’s perfect look at this carefullycooked juicy[Music][Music]right now and just wait check it now wefinished look at the porkchop perfectwe’ve done we have the egg the veggiesand then the plum new Clem is basicallyfish sauce sugar and lime Oh we’ll justput it on here well actually maybe weshould taste it without it first this isvery good marinade definitely hits thespot definitely tastes like a Vietnameserestaurant it could probably be betterby hitting it on the charcoal groundreally good try this recipe out and I’llsee you guys next time[Music]
