boneless pork ribs it’s what we’re
cooking today on the Green Mountaingrill so we’re going to start out with
approximately five pounds of bonelesspork ribs here and we’re gonna season
today with VH strong garlic rib saucethis is made by ConAgra Foods and it’s
absolutely deliciousso basically whatwe’re gonna do here is just marinate
these in the sauce for about two hoursthen we’re going to get them on the
grill we’re cooking at about 250 to 275probably two to two-and-a-half hours so
let’s get this marinade going here I’mgoing to use the bag that we froze these
in and thought them in we’re basicallyjust gonna pour the sauce in I’m gonna
be careful not to spill it you can use aziplock bag but since they were already
in a bag I just want to use this and wejust want to move them around in the
sauce spread apart make sure that sauceis all the way through out there so
we’re basically gonna let these set likethis for about two-and-a-half hours then
we’re gonna get them on the grill wewant these you know close to room
temperature okay so these have beenmarinating for about two-and-a-half
actually closer to three hours firstthing we’re gonna do we’re gonna cook
them on a rack so they’re easy andeasier to get on and off the grill
we’re spray a little cooking spraynonstick then we’re gonna get them out
of the marinade and just put them righton the rack here look at how nice that
marinade has soaked into the meatthere’s chunks of garlic in there spread
them out because we want to be able toget the smoke all the way around these
permeate this real nice sweet a goodsmoke ring at yeah I’m gonna save this
is in about two hours we’re gonna we’regonna get these up to temp in about two
hours we’re to pour this in a pan putthese in and cover them so let’s get
these on the smoker and let them cookfor a little bit again we have this set
to 250and I did put a temperature probe in
there just so that we could keep trackof the temperature we’re gonna end up
cooking these so about 200 degrees allright there we go okay so these have
been on about an hour I’m going to goahead and flip them real quick oh manlook how nice and juicylook at that oh my gosh that is starting
to render down real nice okay now take alook at these they’ve been on for two
hours and we’re gonna go ahead like Isaid we’re gonna put these in a pan with
the extra marinade so I’ve already putthe marinade in the pan we’re gonna move
these over here the temperature of themeat is about 175 look at that look at
all that just falls apart alreadyI might just taste that now temperature
the meat is 175 degrees we’re gonnacover this till it’s about 200 degrees
so for about another half hour thenwe’re gonna take these off and we’re
gonna make sandwiches okay as Imentioned we’re gonna make sandwiches
out of these so I have some hot dog bunscuz now they’re a little more of the
shape of these ribs so we’re gonna justopen these up take a little bit of
butter just smear a little butter oneach part of the sandwich you don’t
cover it how you want put as much butteras you want I just like a nice little
coat of butter here so that’s prettygood right there you know what we’re
gonna do is we’re just gonna take somegarlic powder and we’re gonna sprinkle
so now I like a lot of garlic so it’squite a bit of powder on there so what
we’re gonna do is win these ribs when wetake them off we’re gonna let them set
for about 10 minutes we’re gonna starttoasting these I’m just gonna use these
in the toaster oven Browns them up realnice
melts at butter and we’re gonna toastthose up put the ribs on these buns and
enjoy so we’ll be back as soon as thoseribs are done okay so we got the ribs
off the grill they’ve been sitting forjust a couple minutes
the garlic buns are currently in thetoaster oven
browning we’re gonna get these onto therack and let them set for a couple
minutes Wow take a look at those okay sothese been dressed in about 10 minutes
this is a little too big for the bun soI’m gonna take one of these cut it in
halfI’m gonna put this on the bond look look
at that smoke ring right there so let’sget this on the bun and while I was
slaving over the grillmy wife whipped up some garlic parmesan
asparagus so this stuff is about to beamazing also we’re just gonna make a
little sandwichI don’t wanna put any sauce or anything
on that because that marinade is awesomewe’re gonna take some of the sauce and
use it kind of like a Naja and we’regonna dip in here let’s try this out I
think this is gonna be amazingokay so let’s cut this in half see how
this is gonna look right here Wow lookat that nice smoke ring right there and
then we got this garlic asparagus on theside let’s take a taste of this see how
this is first oh wow ma’am I like thatsurprise they’re gonna go good with the
sandwichso as I mentioned we’re gonna use the
sauce as a nod you so we’re gonna dipthis right in here mm-hmm
Wowwell that’s amazing I’m gonna finish my
sandwich and my asparagusI appreciate you tuning in so thanks
