How to make homemade Japanese food Shouga-yaki. ・Grilled ginger Pork

We will be introducing Japanese mom’s recipe.

How to make Shouga-yaki.    For 2 people

Pork loin 300g
Onion (sliced) 1/2
   (grind) 1/4
Grind ginger 2 teaspoons
Grind garlic 1 teaspoons

Cabbage  1/4

Soysauce 2 tablespoons
Cooking wine 2 tablespoons
Apple juice 2 tablespoons
Honey 2 teaspoons
A pinch of salt
A pinch of pepper

You can use grind apples instead of apple juice.
