#Pork Spare Ribs with Char Siu Sauce#
Ingredients:
2 kg Pork Spare ribs
2 tbsp raw honey
3/4 bottle of Char Siu Sauce + 3tbsp
black pepper
Method:
1. Wash pork spare ribs
2. Score the Fat not the meat using a sharp knife
3. Give a good rub the pork with the sauce both side . Sprinkle with black pepper.
4. Cover with aluminum foil and keep in the fridge for 2 days (48 hours)
5. Pre heat oven to 200’c
6. Fill water into the tray, put it inside the oven on the bottom.
7.Grill the pork for 1 hr each side .
8. Mix 3 tbsp char siu sauce and 2 tbsp raw honey in a separate bowl . Mix well .
9. Brush honey mixture into the pork
10. Reduce heat to 150’c and grill for 10 min each side
11. Turn off oven and serve while hot.
