Pork Belly burnt ends are great for parties and get-togethers. Eat them as a snack or over rice as a meal. Either way, you’ll enjoy them!!
5 lb Pork Belly
4 Tbsp – Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp – Paprika (you can use any kind, sweet, smoked, hot)
2 Tbsp – Chili Powder (again, any kind you want)
1 Tbsp – Onion Powder
1 Tbsp – Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp – Black Pepper (fine grind)
1 Tbsp – Kosher salt
1 Tsp – Mustard Powder
1/2 Tsp – Cumin
1/2 Tsp – red pepper flakes (I grind to a fine dust)
1/2 Tsp -Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp – White Pepper
Mix together in a shaker.
