How to make Pork Dinakdakan – Stay at Home No Grill version

Ingredients
1 kg. pork belly
1/4 kg liver chicken
1 thumb sized ginger, finely chopped
2 red onions, finely chopped
4 pcs birds eye chillies, finely chopped
2pcs spring onion
2pcs lemon
1/4 cup vinegar
1 Tbs cooking oil
To taste: salt,pepper

Instructions
In a pot add pork and pour water enough for boiling the meat. Cover the pot then bring to a boil, simmer for 20 minutes or until meat is really tender
Remove from pot then drain pork pieces.
Put little oil enough to cover the pan then fried the meat until charred and partly crispy.
Cut pork pieces into small pieces then place on a mixing bowl. Toss in ginger, chillies, onions, pepper, lemon, vinegar and salt.
Place in a large platter then Ready to Serve. Share & Enjoy Eating!
