How to make the Chinese dim sum Rice Noodle Rolls with BBQ Pork? 叉燒腸粉

In this video, we would like to share with you how to make the dim sum “Rice Noodle Rolls with BBQ Pork”, This dim sum is very popular in Hong Kong Lunch Yum Cha. The recipe is so simple and everyone can do it at home easily. Try if you like it!

Ingredients:
60g Rice Flour
20g Corn Flour
10g Wheat flour (Tang Flour)
260ml Water
Salt to taste

Fillings:
BBQ Pork 40-50g

Method:
1. Place rice flour, corn flour and tang flour in a bowl.
2. Add water and mix (stirring while pouring).
3. Stir until the flour is completely dissolved.
4. Pass through sieve to remove impurities.
5. Grease tin and place in flour mixture.
6. Cover and steam for 90 seconds.
7. Line BBQ Pork on top, cover and steam 30-40 seconds more.
8. Then roll up the rice sheet and place it on plate.
9. Add some sweet soy sauce when you eat it.
