How to Smoke COMPETITION Style BBQ PORK SPARE RIBS!

In this video, I demonstrate step-by-step how to smoke your very own competition-style BBQ Pork Spare Ribs!

Step 1: Peel the membrane off
Step 2: Trim excess meat
Step 3: Season with rub
Step 4: Smoke meat-side up for 2.5 hours at 275 degrees
Step 5: Spray with apple cider vinegar a few times
Step 6: Add other ingredients and wrap in foil meat-side down
Step 7: Smoke wrapped in foil, meat-side down for 2 hours at 275 degrees
Step 8: Cut the ribs
Step 9: Enjoy!
