JAPANESE MISOZUKE YAKI PORK 豚肉の味噌漬け焼き
-Pork loin (pork tenderloin) or Chicken 200-300 gr
-Miso 3 tbsp
-Sugar 1 tbsp
-Mirin 1 tbsp
-Sake 1 tbsp
-Grated garlic 1 tsp
-Sesame oil 1/2 tbsp
1.Gather all the ingredients.
2.In a small bowl, add all the ingredients for the marinade. Mix well.
3.Cut pork loin into strips.
4.In a large resealable plastic bag, coat the meat with the marinade & marinade all around by rubbing it. Marinate for 1 hour.
5.Line a frying pan with aluminum foil, then in a medium heat grill the meat until it’s cooked. Enjoy with steamed rice.
-I used pork loin, but you can enjoy it deliciously even if you use sliced meat, chopped meat or chicken.
-As miso gets burnt easily, remove the marinade before cooking & make sure to keep an eye on it.
