Let’s make BBQ Ribs & Chicken!!! ||recipe included|| Cooking TIKTOK! ASMR

How to easily grill amazing pork ribs and chicken wings! My top two meats to grill has to be ribs and chicken. Ribs may seem intimidating to grill at first, but I hope this video and the recipe I’m sharing today will help you do something new!

Ingredients:
1 Pkg. of Pork Spare Ribs
1 Pkg. of Chicken Wings
Grilling Rub:
(I created my own rub in this video. But here’s a recipe of a standard rub)
1/2 cup brown sugar (for the rib rub)
1/4 cup smoked paprika
1 tablespoon coarse ground black pepper
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon cayenne
Minced Garlic
Olive Oil

Instructions:
**I used a charcoal grill, so I only start grilling when the fire settles within the charcoal. If you’re able to temp your grill, go up to 300 f**

1. Remove pork ribs from the packaging, rinse with cool water and pat ribs dry with a clean paper towel. Place ribs into pan. Remove silver skin from the back side of the ribs.

2. Remove chicken wings from the packaging, rinse with cool water, then drain the water. Place chicken into a mixing bowl.

3. Season both meats with your grilling rub seasoning. Then rub a drizzle of olive oil into both. It’s called ‘rub’ for a reason. So you want to really get in there and rub and press it in.
Note: if you’d like, you can cut the rack of ribs in half to make it easier to handle on the grill later*

**Place the ribs on first**

4. Cover grill and cook for about an 1 to 1 1/2 hours (maintaining 300 f degrees during the cooking process.) Check and flip every 20 – 25 minutes. Ribs are done when an inserted meat thermometer (into the thickest part of the meat – away from the bone) reaches 145 f degrees.

5. Place the wings on the grill, crowding them together so that they are all touching (this goes against the conventional wisdom of giving meat room so it doesn’t steam; but here you want them to steam so that they stay moist). Grill, flipping the wings every 5 minutes, for a total of 20 minutes of cooking. (internal temperature for chicken is 165 f degrees)

6. Brush ribs with a sauce of your choice, and grill an additional 5 minutes. Carefully remove the ribs off the grill and place on a large cutting board and allow the meat to rest and cool for a few minutes. Serve ribs as whole rack, or cut between each rib bone and pile individually on a platter.

7. In a clean large bowl, toss the wings with the sauce of your choice. Turn the heat up on the grill to medium high. Use tongs to remove the wings from the sauce and put them back on the grill until the skins crisp, 1 to 2 minutes per side. Put the wings back in the bowl with the sauce, toss and serve.

LET’S EAT!

Let me know how it comes out. If you have any suggestions on what I should do next, let me know!

What do you like to grill the most ??
