Low Cal BBQ Pork Chops with Killer Hogs Rub & Captain Rodney’s Boucan Glaze

Dad’s night to cook and I decided to make Low Cal BBQ Pork Chops using Malcom Reed’s Killer Hogs Rub & Cpt Rodney’s Boucan Glaze. I also wanted to live stream the video as this was a quick video to make.

I’m just using simple supermarket thin-cut pork chops and after seasoning them on both sides with Killer Hogs BBQ Rub I grill them over hot coals for 2 mins each side. After a minute or so I’m rotating them 45 degrees to get nice Cross Hatch marks on them. As I do the final turn, I’m basting them with Captain Rodney’s Pirate Reserve Boucan Glaze for a sweet, spicy glaze. It was a quick cook and whilst my little 7 yr old girl didn’t like the taste as there was a little heat, the rest of the family loved it. It was definitely a winner for Dad’s night to cook and would do it again!
