Today’s video takes a relaxing look at a Monday night BBQ. A little overcast and a little windy, but sometimes you have to risk it out for the Pork Belly.
I marinated the Pork Belly in a marinade I bought from Vons primarily consisting of soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, salt, sesame oil and garlic. Then added a bit of garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and a shake of steak seasoning.
Grilled it on Medium-Low heat and flipped and glazed with additional sauce every three minutes.
