In this video we make slow cooked Armenian BBQ Pork Ribs but instead of cooking them in a BBQ or over a fire we baked them. The way you marinate these BBQ pork ribs is the same way you would if you were going to BBQ with a Shish Kabob Stick. The recipe for these ribs is very simple. Ribs, 2 Pinches of Black and Red Pepper, 1 onion and sprinkle salt on each ribs. Bake them at 350 degrees for about 2 hours. We even bake potatoes too in the video.
