Pork Back Ribs|Baked BBQ
Easy, Fall of the Bone!
Another’s simple dish & boys FAVE-DISH specially my little one.
If you love soft, fall-off-the-bone ribs, then go for Slow Cooking Method.
First, Remove the MEMBRANE, it’s the skin attached to pork-side rack (facing up).
I grew up eating ribs with the skin left on, I didn’t even know about membrane before, one thing I know, I Love Ribs even before ?. I started removing the skin when I met my Husband about 9 years ago. Personally, I love the chewiness of the membrane when left on, BUT, I also love the ease of eating ribs with it removed.
Season the Pork Back Ribs with your fave seasoning, we always do it simple, Salt, Pepper, Paprika and Garlic Powder-which wasn’t available coz I don’t have it at the moment.
Wrap the Pork Back Ribs using foil and BAKE for a couple of hours, 250 degrees for 3hrs or 275 for 2.5 hrs.
Then slather with the BBQ sauce mixture you like. Use a brush or spoon to spread it evenly over the tops.
Broil /grill for an additional 3-5 minutes to get crispy, charred edges.
There is nothing better than letting your oven do all the work for you!
