BBQ PORK RIBS
This oven bake bbq pork ribs recipe is a foolproof method to get the perfect result and can be enjoyed around the year.
Don’t forget my secret ingredient – tomato ketchup.
Ingredients
1 rack of cooked pork ribs ( I cook them at 185 C / 365 F after seasoning them with salt, pepper, and little oil, wrapped under a tin foil)
BBQ Marinate
I cup smoky bbq sauce
1/2 cup tomato ketchup
1/4 cup sriracha sauce
Mix all the sauces in a bowl and apply generously on the cooked pork ribs.
Cook again in a preheated oven at 200 C / 390 F for a further 5 minutes.
Separate the ribs into individual pieces and arrange on a plate, spoon any access marinate from the roasting tray onto the bbq pork ribs.
