Ingredients and remedies for 4 persons
3 x Porck shanks, 1,2 kg. / 3 pounds a piece
Coarse (sea) salt
Neutral tasting oil (eg. canola)
good charcoals (eg. Heat Beeds)
Barbecue
Grill Chimney Starter
Sharp knife (for criss crossing the skin of the shanks)
Gripper (for turning the shanks)
